Long term, Ligris will continue to offer strategic counsel and exceptional legal service in commercial and residential real estate law, business law, trusts & estates and tax services.

Kosta said, “After obtaining my MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management in 2018, I immersed myself in the innovation ecosystem, especially as it relates to the PropTech industry. I am now the CEO and co-founder of two PropTech start-ups, and I believe these companies and their technology have enormous potential to change the real estate industry as we know it.” “Legris has always been at the forefront of technology in delivering legal, title, and settlement services,” continued Kosta, “and the next chapter of my career is to bring transformational change to the entire industry. It is an exciting time to be a part of the future of the real estate and even more exciting to be at the forefront of the revolution.”
